Pricing is charged per brand, per month, based on the plan you select. Each brand tracked in Scrunch requires its own subscription.

Can I track multiple brands on one plan?

Standard plans support a single brand. If you need to monitor multiple brands, you can upgrade to an Enterprise account. Contact our sales team to discuss multi-brand pricing and setup.

What is a prompt?

A prompt is a question or query that people might ask AI platforms when researching products, services, or solutions related to your brand. Scrunch tracks how AI platforms respond to those prompts and whether your brand appears.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You won't lose access. If usage consistently exceeds your limits, our team will reach out and help you move to a plan that better fits your needs.

Can I add an additional user to my plan?

Yes, if you hit seat limitations, you can add additional users for $25 a month or add an additional 5 seats for $75 a month.

Can Scrunch help improve our AI visibility?

Yes. Scrunch identifies visibility gaps, citation issues, and content opportunities, then provides recommendations and optimization tools to improve how AI platforms surface your brand.

What's different about the Enterprise plan?
